Writing to us about an order

To help us find your order and answer in one reply, please include:

• Your order number
• The full name and email address used when you placed the order
• A short description of your question or the problem
• Photos, if an item arrived damaged, faulty or not what you ordered (please send these within 48 hours of delivery)
• The name of the item and the reason, if you would like to start a return

Please email us before sending anything back. We send the return instructions and the return address once your return is approved, and parcels sent without approval cannot be accepted.
