Return Window

Customers in Australia and other supported countries have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of the delivery date without providing any reason.

Return Instructions

Return Costs

  • Defective Products: No cost to the customer. Sorreti covers return shipping.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The customer pays the actual return shipping cost.

Exchanges

Specific Return and Refund Conditions

  • Change of Mind: Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Defective Goods: Sorreti covers return shipping and provides a replacement or refund.
  • Damaged Goods: Send photos within 48 hours of receipt. If approved, Sorreti covers return costs.
  • Incorrect Product: Sorreti arranges the return and ships the correct product.
  • Product Never Arrived: Contact us for courier investigation. A refund or replacement will be provided if not found.
  • Cancellation After Order: You may cancel before shipment. If already shipped, follow the return process after delivery.
