Shipping Policy

Here is how shipping works at Sorreti, from checkout to your doorstep, with no surprises along the way.

Where we ship

Countries: we currently ship within the United States and the United Kingdom.
More destinations: we are looking into adding others.

Shipping cost

Cost: free shipping on every order.
No hidden fees: the price shown at checkout is the final delivery price.

Order processing

Processing time: orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days so we can verify, pack and dispatch them correctly.
Weekend orders: anything ordered over the weekend is processed on the next business day.

Transit time

Estimated delivery: 4 to 6 business days once your order has shipped.
Shipping days: orders go out Monday through Friday.
Please note: delivery windows are estimates and can shift for reasons outside our control, such as high demand, carrier delays or weather. If that happens we will keep you posted.
Total time: altogether, expect your order within roughly 5 to 8 business days from the day you place it.

How we ship

Trusted carriers: we ship with established couriers such as DHL, FedEx and UPS.
Insured in transit: every order is insured. If something is lost or damaged on the way, reach out to us.

Tracking

Tracking details: once your order ships you get an email with the tracking number and the carrier name.

Missing items

If something is missing from your delivery, contact us within 7 days of receiving the package at support@sorreti.com. We will look into it and either send a replacement or arrange a refund.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, on items that are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. For full details see our refund policy.
