Sorreti is an online general store for the home. We bring together the everyday things that make a place easier to live in, and we keep them simple to find, fairly priced, and good at what they do.

Why a general store for the home

A comfortable home is rarely about one big purchase. It is the lamp that brightens a dark corner, the storage that finally clears the hallway, the kitchen tool that makes dinner a little quicker, the game that saves a rainy afternoon, and the small comforts for the pets you share your space with. Those things are usually spread across a dozen shops. We wanted one place to find a good version of each.

So Sorreti covers the whole house and a bit beyond it: lighting and home decor, bed and bath, laundry, storage and cleaning, kitchen and dining, garden and outdoor, tech and gadgets, toys and games, pet supplies, personal care, and clothing and accessories.

How we choose what we sell

Every product in the store has to answer two plain questions. Does it do its job well? And is the price fair for what you get? We choose products for how they work and what they cost, not for the label on them.

If something does not earn its place, we take it off the shelf. Our product pages describe each item as accurately as we can, and if a detail is not clear, just ask us before you order.

What you can expect when you order

• Free shipping on every order. There is no minimum spend. We ship to the United States and the United Kingdom, and orders typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days.
• Tracking by email. As soon as your parcel ships, we email you the tracking number and the carrier. Our Track Your Order page shows you how to follow it on the carrier's website.
• 30 days to return. If something is not right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return, with no restocking fees. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement or a refund. Details are in our Refund Policy.
• Clear, simple payment. Prices are in USD, and you pay once at checkout for the products in your cart. The charge appears on your bank statement as Sorreti.com.
• A real person when you need one. Reach us by email or phone, Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT, and a person will answer. We usually reply within 12 hours.
